I want to thank you for the great service. Even though I traveled alone to Turkey, because of your support it didn't feel I was alone for a moment. When I arrived at the airport a luxurious taxi was waiting for me to bring me to the hotel. On the day of the transplant the taxi brought me to the clinic where Oussama was waiting for me. He was very friendly and checked on me regularly to see if I was OK. Because of the experience you had with a hair transplant, you were able to give me the best tips. Sonja is just amazing, such a friendly and beautiful individual! After the hair transplant she made me feel so reassured and safe. As she also had the procedure done last year I was able to relate to her and express any worries and ask questions. She organized the taxi rides to and from the clinic and personally delivered breakfast, lunch and dinner to my hotel room. So I didn’t have to worry about any of that. I felt really taken care of. I was feeling very self conscious about how I looked after the hair transplant, and Sonja went to buy me a hoodie to cover my head – so considerate!
