My story

Sonja van den Berg

For years, Sonja felt self-conscious about her high forehead. In May 2022, after much hesitation, she took the plunge and had a hair transplant. She realized how little information was available for women, and how many questions you have—both before and, especially, after the procedure. That’s why she started BeautyGainz. We’ve now helped more than 200 women, and her story has been featured in publications such as LINDA, The Sun, and the Daily Mail.

Experience

I didn't tell anyone...

Sonja’s own experience inspired her to help other women achieve a fuller hairline. Still, at first she didn’t dare talk to anyone about it. “I kept this uncertainty to myself; I didn’t tell anyone that I had planned to have a hair transplant.”

Through BeautyGainz, she guides women from all over the world, from the initial inquiry to the final result. Together with our partner clinics in the Netherlands and Istanbul, we take care of everything: your treatment, your stay, and a year of personalized aftercare.
